Warehouse Supervisor

Run the warehouse floor day to day: lead the order pickers, receive every container and truck that comes in, and keep our stock counts right. Reports to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assign the day’s picking and loading to the order pickers and check that it is done
- Unload containers and trucks and check the goods against the PO
- Record shortages, overages and damage and report them the same day
- Check outgoing orders before they are loaded
- Run cycle counts and keep inventory accurate
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe
Requirements
- 2+ years in warehouse work, including receiving or inventory control; leading a small team is a plus
- Careful with counts, lot numbers and expiry dates
- Comfortable with a scanner, a computer and simple spreadsheets
- Forklift or pallet jack experience
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
